Polar Slims (Midnight Black)

I was excited to see that my favourite sweatpants were on sale, so I bought two pairs. When I received them, I noticed immediately that the material felt thinner in certain areas (the shins and around the front pockets). I have 3 pairs of the slims - black, salt & pepper, and a green, so I pulled them out for reference. I also noticed that the seams had little frays and the cool Canada backpockets were just black now. I emailed polar piece with my disappointment and they were happy to take them back at my expense and I would get my refund. I weighed my options and decided to return them. This cost me $19 dollars. When I received my refund it was suddenly a partial one as they had also taken off the shipping cost from my total cost. That was an additional $13 dollars. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again, I spent $32 dollars in shipping for no reason, and I will have to find a new store to support.

I wanted a pair of black sweatpants but the regular ones were out of stock so I opted for these and I love them. My husband even said they were a nicer fit than other sweats cause they didn’t look as sloppy so win win! They are just as cozy as others and just as warm. Love them.

One review said size up so I bought a medium. I think I would have been fine with a small as I am 5’1”. This is the fifth item I have purchased from Polar Piece (I have a pair of sweats and three onesies) and the quality is top notch. The only reason these got 4 stars instead of 5 is they aren’t made with the same cozy material of the regular sweats/onesies. The inside is a bit more terry material. Still comfortable and still perfect for lounging.
